By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website.

These Terms apply only to the current Xincity website, waitlist and development-stage materials.

If Xincity later launches regulated gaming, commercial services, player accounts or other paid functionality, separate terms and regulatory conditions may apply.

3. Development-stage status

Xincity is currently in development.

Materials shown on this website may include concepts, mockups, simulated functionality, prototype interfaces, proposed gameplay systems, fictional data and other development-stage content.

Such materials are provided to illustrate the intended direction of the Xincity project and should not be treated as a guarantee that any particular feature, mechanic, product, reward, service or launch date will become commercially available.

We may modify, replace, delay or discontinue proposed features as the project develops.

4. No gambling services are offered through this website

The current Xincity website does not:

• accept wagers;
• accept deposits;
• process withdrawals;
• offer real-money casino games;
• operate player gambling accounts; or
• provide gambling services.

Any casino-related imagery, terminology or functionality displayed on the website is currently presented for concept, development, demonstration or informational purposes only.

5. Age requirement

This website is intended for adults aged 18 or over.

You should not join the Xincity waitlist or participate in gambling-related development testing if you are under 18.

Future regulated services may be subject to higher minimum age requirements depending on the jurisdiction in which they are offered.

Personal data submitted through the waitlist is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

7. Virtual items, Loyalty Coins and prototype assets

Xincity development materials may refer to Loyalty Coins, vehicles, clothing, property, crew assets, reputation, experience points, rankings and other virtual items or progression systems.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in future applicable terms, any such items shown in the current prototype:

• have no cash value;
• are not cryptocurrency;
• are not legal tender;
• cannot be withdrawn for money;
• cannot be transferred between players;
• do not constitute financial instruments;
• do not represent ownership in Xincity; and
• do not create any entitlement to future value.

Prototype balances, rewards and assets may be simulated.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its original content, including text, branding, graphics, visual elements, interface designs, documentation, audiovisual materials and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to the relevant Xincity rights holder.

You may access the website for personal and informational purposes.

You may not, without appropriate permission:

• reproduce substantial parts of the website for commercial use;
• falsely represent Xincity materials as your own;
• remove copyright, proprietary or attribution notices;
• commercially redistribute protected Xincity materials;
• use Xincity branding in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation.

Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as claiming exclusive legal rights over ideas, concepts or subject matter that are not legally protectable.

You agree not to use this website in a manner that:
